Many people live in fear of the end times.
They associate the end times with the mark of the beast, a seven-year tribulation, an Anti-Christ, and a world-wide judgment by God.
It may be helpful for those living in fear of the end times to understand that the Bible never mentions the end times.
To be clear, the Bible does mention the time of the end.
The time of the end comes from Daniel 12 when Daniel was given a prophecy about the time of the end of old covenant Israel (Daniel 12:9).
In Matthew 23-24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, Jesus explained the time of the end of old covenant Israel.
Jesus’ disciples called the time of the end the end of the age.
As described by Jesus, the time of the end, or the end of the age of old covenant Israel, would be marked by armies surrounding Jerusalem (Luke 20:21).
The armies would leave Jerusalem desolate and the temple destroyed.
The desolation of Jerusalem and the destruction of the temple occurred in AD 70 by the armies of the Roman Empire.
This marked the time of the end of old covenant Israel as prophesied by Daniel and clarified by Jesus.
If you are living in fear of the end times, do not fear.
There was never a biblical end times, only a time of the end of old covenant Israel...and that was nearly 2000 years ago.
