The Book of Revelation Is The Time Of The End, Not The End Of Time

In Daniel 12:1-13, Gabriel tells Daniel the events to occur during THE TIME OF THE END of old covenant Israel.

One of these events was distress in the land of Israel.

In Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, Jesus explained the distress in the land of Israel.

This distress would result in:

- armies destroying the land and people of Israel who rejected Jesus

- many of the people of Israel being killed by the swords of the Roman armies

- many of the people of Israel taken captive to the nations of the Roman Empire

- Jerusalem and the temple being destroyed

This was THE TIME OF THE END of old covenant Israel as written in Daniel 12:1-13.

The disciples of Jesus understood THE TIME OF THE END of old covenant Israel, which is why they asked Jesus,

“Tell us,” they said, “when will this [the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple] happen, and what will be the sign of your coming [in judgment on old covenant Israel - see Matthew 26:64] and of THE END OF THE AGE?”

THE END OF THE AGE is the same as THE TIME OF THE END in Daniel 12:1-13.

THE END OF THE AGE is not THE END OF THE WORLD or THE END OF TIME.

The end of the age is the time of the end of old covenant Israel in Daniel 12:1-13.

This time was from AD 66-70 when the words of Jesus in Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13 were fulfilled.

The time of the end of old covenant Israel, the people who rejected Jesus, Jerusalem, and the temple came.

The time of the end of old covenant Israel was revealed to John by Jesus and was written down by John in The Book of Revelation.

Revelation was written when the time of the end of old covenant Israel and the people of Israel who rejected Jesus was soon to come...was near.

The destruction of Jerusalem and the temple was near.

Jesus foretold the events to John who sent the message to seven Jewish assemblies.

The seven Jewish assemblies then sent Revelation to many throughout the Roman Empire and the Land of Israel.

These events occurred in the Jewish-Roman War from AD 66-70.

The events of Revelation were the TIME OF THE END of old covenant Israel not THE END OF TIME.
